When you sign up, we provide you a shared phone number from which you text your customers.
You can find the number that you share with other companies under Settings > Company. In order to get a dedicated phone number that you can use for customer communications, Meetly team needs to verify your identity and confirm that you're a business based out of the US.
Meetly is used for texting. In case someone calls on your dedicated phone number, we will redirect that call to Company phone number. That way you can make sure that all your clients receive an amazing customer experience.
