Templates allow you to customize your standard review requests and other customer communications.
You can manage templates under Settings > Templates. By default, we set up two templates to request reviews for Google. However, you can set up links to request reviews for any platform you'd like.
To create a new template, click on the plus button at the top of the page.
To set up a template, you need to upload a picture, set the name of the template (title) and customize the message.
Image must be 300 x 300 px. We recommend you test any image you plan to send to customers by sending to your own phone number to verify that the quality and size looks good.
Title is used in messages to select the right template before sending the it to your customer.
In message you can customize how you want your team to communicate with customers. You'd be able also to use three parameters:
- First name - first name of the customer pulled from contacts.
- Last name - last name of the customer pulled from contacts.
- Company name - your company name.
